Welcome to Tinyleaf Microgreens. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services, operating in association with the silentorbit.pro network infrastructure. By placing an order with our urban farm, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

We focus on growing and selling fresh, high-quality microgreens for both restaurants and home customers. Our goal is to ensure you receive the freshest living produce possible.

2. Orders & Supply

All orders for fresh microgreens are subject to seasonal availability and crop yields. Because we grow living plants, occasional unforeseen cultivation factors may affect supply.

We supply both commercial restaurant kitchens and private home customers. Minimum order quantities may apply for wholesale restaurant accounts, while home customers can purchase standard tray sizes as listed in our shop.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed clearly during the checkout process and include applicable local taxes unless you are logged into an approved wholesale account. Payment must be cleared prior to dispatch.

For regular restaurant partners, invoicing terms can be arranged separately upon request.

4. Quality Guarantee & Returns

Due to the highly perishable nature of harvested microgreens, we do not accept standard returns. However, we stand by the quality of our farm's produce.

If your greens arrive damaged or do not meet our strict quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items.
